Winter in AZ

We’re back in our RV in Arizona after spending five weeks during the holidays in Connecticut, Rochester, and Pittsburgh.  We had a great time with our family and friends and are so very grateful for their fantastic hospitality. Our itinerary includes few weeks wandering around the south eastern portion of the state before heading to Yuma for a month.   Suzanne’s broken ankle is healing nicely, but it’s a process.  We (optimistically) hope to be hiking before we return to the 1000 Islands in May.

We’re still pursuing new experiences and things to see, but most of our AZ time will be spent on todo lists, walking, reading, and relaxing in one of the warmest places in the mainland US.  Our two-month tour of California starts in late February.
